The yearly maintenance program

This is why we have introduced a yearly maintenance program linked to the full termite barrier treatment. Under this program a qualified technician will:
Perform a professional interior termite inspection to all accessible areas including:
- Sub floor and foundation areas.
- Internal living areas and fittings.
- Internal timbers abutting concrete areas.
- Ceiling and roof void.
Perform a professional exterior inspection including:
- All structures within the immediate residential area, e.g. shed, garage.
- Fences and other timber structures, e.g. pergolas, shade houses, etc.
- Trees, shrubs,stumps etc for termite activity or nests.
- If any termite activity is found it will be thoroughly treated.
- Perform a complete general pest treatment free of charge.
Combined Building & Pest Inspection Package

We can offer Combined Building & Pest Inspection Package to save your money and time. Our termite inspectors and building inspectors will inspect the property according to the Australian Standard AS 4349.1 – 2007 and AS 4349.3-2010 and in full compliance with these requirements. The full comprehensive reports give you a complete understanding the property condition. It’s usually 35+ pages with lots of photo evidence. With this package, you don’t need to arrange building inspection and pest inspection separately. We will organize a time with the estate agent, and as soon as we get a time confirmed we will get back to you.
